|Non fat vanilla yogurt||16 Ounce|
|Applesauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Banana||1 , thinly sliced|
|Toasted flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), flaked|
|Toasted slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon|
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt and applesauce.
Fold in the pineapple, blueberries, bananas, coconut and almonds.
