Feta and Olive Pasta Salad
|Crumbled feta cheese||3 Ounce|
|Calamata olives||10 Small, pitted and chopped|
|Coarsely chopped fresh basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried red pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Medium pasta shells||4 1⁄2 Ounce, cooked, drained and rinsed|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 Medium, diced|
|Yellow bell pepper||1⁄2 Medium, diced|
1. In large serving bowl, combine feta cheese, olives, basil, olive oil and pepper flakes; set aside for 30 minutes.
2. Add pasta shells and red and yellow peppers to serving bowl; toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, until well chilled. Toss well before serving.
