Ingredients
  Cucumber 1
  Onion 1⁄2
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 carton)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste, milled
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Mint 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Finely chopped mint 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Peel cucumber and halve lengthwise.
2) Deseed and cut the flesh into cubes.

MAKING
3) In a bowl add cucumber and finely chopped onion.
4) Stir in yogurt, salt and pepper and mint.
5) Mix well.

SERVING
6) Serve with grilled steaks or kebabs.
