Ingredients
  Roast lamb slice 8 (Thin Slices)
  Thick tomato slices 4 (From Large Tomato)
  Sweet onion slices 4 (Thin Slices)
  Pitas/8 slices dark rye bread 4 , buttered
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Layer lamb, tomato, onion and cucumbers in pockets of Pitas or on 4 slices of bread.
Top with a dollop of sour cream.
Makes 4 servings.
