|Roast lamb slice||8 (Thin Slices)|
|Thick tomato slices||4 (From Large Tomato)|
|Sweet onion slices||4 (Thin Slices)|
|Pitas/8 slices dark rye bread||4 , buttered|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Layer lamb, tomato, onion and cucumbers in pockets of Pitas or on 4 slices of bread.
Top with a dollop of sour cream.
Makes 4 servings.
