Pasta Salad With Black Olives And Feta Cheese

Ingredients
  Shell pasta 12 Ounce
  Small shell pasta 12 Ounce
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Feta cheese 8 Ounce, crumbled
  Black olives 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced
  Cucumbers 3 , diced (Kirby / Pickling)
  Cucumbers 1
  Tomatoes 2 , diced
  Red onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Oregano/4 teaspoon, dried oregano 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Cook the small shell pasta al dente for 8 to 10 minutes. Rinse, drain and toss it with 1/4 cup olive oil.
2) In a bowl, mix together olive oil, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, oregano and hot pepper sauce.
3) In a serving bowl, toss the pasta with the vegetable dressing and season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
4) Serve the Pasta Salad with Black Olives and Feta Cheese hot.
