  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh mint 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
