Tart Greek Salad Dressing
|Garlic cloves||2 Large|
|Red wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon, freshly ground|
1) In a food processor bowl with a metal blade, process the garlic until finely minced.
2) With the machine running, pour in vinegar, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and process until well blended.
3) Allow to stand in a covered container for 30 minutes and store in the refrigerator until serving time.
4) Use as required.
