A tasty, healthy treat that is perfect to serve at your upcoming BBQ. Nutrition (per 1.5 cups) Calories: 146 Fat: 7g Carbs: 13g Fiber: 1.1g Sugars: 10g Protein: 10g
Ingredients
  Light feta 223 Gram (Aptina Light)
  Seedless watermelon 1⁄2 Large, cut into bite size pieces to make 6 cups
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fig, Raspberry Or Regular Balsamic)
  Fresh basil/Fresh cilantro / fresh mint 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, sliced thinly to make approximately 1/3 cup
  Arugula/Baby spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Cube watermelon into bite sized pieces, either small squares, or you could also use a melon baller. Cut feta cheese into bite size pieces. Place in large bowl. Add in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, red onion & arugula. Toss until combined. Serve immediately.
