1⁄2 Large, cut into bite size pieces to make 6 cups
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Fig, Raspberry Or Regular Balsamic)
Fresh basil/Fresh cilantro / fresh mint
1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
1⁄2 Small, sliced thinly to make approximately 1/3 cup
3 Cup (48 tbs)
Cube watermelon into bite sized pieces, either small squares, or you could also use a melon baller. Cut feta cheese into bite size pieces. Place in large bowl. Add in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, red onion & arugula. Toss until combined. Serve immediately.
