1 In a medium mixing bowl, blend lamb, egg, and cracker crumbs.
2 Add soy sauce, water, ginger, garlic powder, cumin, and pinenuts. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
3 Arrange 10 meatballs in a circle in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
4 Cook, covered for 3 to 4 minutes, rotating the dish one-quarter turn halfway through the cooking time. Cook longer if needed.
5 Serve hot on wooden picks.
