Greek Lamb Bake

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Minced lamb 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mint sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Canned chopped tomatoes 14 Ounce (395 Gram)
  Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
  Beef stock/Lamb stock 1⁄4 Pint
  Dried macaroni 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Greek yogurt 1⁄4 Pint
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Grated nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Turn the oven to 350°F/180°C/Gas 4

MAKING
2. In a skillet, stir fry the mince and and onions; add flour, garlic, mint sauce and all spice and cook for a minute; stirring
3. Add tomatoes, puree and stock and allow to boil; simmer for twenty minutes
4. In a pan of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni for ten minutes; drain and add to the mince mixture alog with seasonings
5. Add to a large casserole dish
6. In a bowl, beat yogurt, eggs, nutmeg and seasonings and pour over the macaroni
7. Bake for forty minutes until set and golden brown

SERVING
8. Serve with crisp salad
