|Tarama||3 Tablespoon (Carp Roe)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|White bread slice||3|
|Olive oil/Equal portions olive oil and salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, mix the tarama with lemon juice and then blend well with an electric mixer until the ingredients mix well.
2) Trim off the crust from the bread and soak the bread slices in cold water.
3) Squeeze out water from the bread slices and blend at medium high speed.
4) Gradually drizzle oil.
5) Serve in the center of salad tray ringed with wedges of tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, lettuce, and olives.
You may also serve the dish as an appetizer with buttered toast.
