Easy Greek Salad
|Green pepper||1 Large|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Olives||2 Ounce (55 Gram)|
|White cheese/Feta cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a salad bowl make layers of sliced green pepper, tomatoes, and onion.
2. Add a few olives and top with some soft white cheese. (Cottage or curd cheese are suitable as well as the Greek Feta cheese.)
3. Dress with olive oil and a little vinegar or lemon juice.
