Ambrosia Shake

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice/Apricot juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker or in a liquidizer, combine all the liquid ingredients.
2. Shake or blend for 2 minutes until thick and frothy.

SERVING
3. Pour into a tall chilled glass and top with flaked coconut.
