Channing's Greek Hamburgers
|Hamburger||1 1⁄2 Pound (Very Lean)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Red wine||3 Tablespoon (Dry Burgundy Type)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon Is Fine)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Fried onions||2 Tablespoon (For Topping)|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
Mix the hamburger with the following six ingredients.
Cook as per your favorite method and top with fried onions on a toasted bun.
We always add lettuce and tomato.
Go easy on the mayonnaise, mustard, or relish.
You will not need much additional flavoring.
