Ingredients
  Cantaloupe 1
  Honey dew melon 1
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 10 Ounce (drained)
  Lemon juice 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Using a knife, cut the melons in half lengthwise, discarding and removing the seeds
2) Using a small; scoop, scoop out melon balls
3) Mix the melon balls, honey, pineapple chunks, lemon juice and salt
4) Toss to mix everything lightly
5) Serve the scooped melon in the melon rind

SERVING
6) Serve with some grated coconut atop
