Greek Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Lemons juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bacon slices 4
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash the musrooms nad tim their stalks almo0st upto the caps

MAKING
2. Place the musrooms in a bowl, sprinkle salt and hale the lemon juice; leave for ten minutes and rinse in cold water
3. Shake any excess water off, pat dry with paper towels
4. In a sauepan, heat oil, stir paprika and add mushrooms; fry for almost five minutes, stirring and tossing occasionally
5. Add buttermilk, stir and allow to simmer for five minutes
6. Fry or broil the bacon slices until golden; drain on paper towels and allow to cool
7. Add sugar, soy sauce and rest of the lemon juice to the mushroom mixture and stir to combine
8. Turn the heat off and cool

SERVING
9 Place bacon slkces on top and chill before serving
