Carrot Marshmallow Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Carrots 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned flaked coconut 3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Commercial sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine carrots, lemon juice, flaked coocnut, orange, and marshmallows together.
2) Fold in mayonnaise, honey, sour cream, and mix well.
3) Mix in the carrot mixture and toss lightly to coat well.

SERVING
4) Serve on lettuce.
