Garlic & Feta Broccoli
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped|
|Capers||4 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed|
|Feta||140 Gram, crumbled|
1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 2 mins. Drain in a colander and shake to remove the excess water.
2. Gently heat the oil in a small frying pan. Remove the pan from the heat and add the garlic, swirling the oil to stop the garlic from burning. If you're using the capers, add them now. Return the pan to a low heat to infuse for 1 min. Tip the broccoli into a bowl, toss with the garlic, capers and oil, then scatter with the feta. Serve straight away.
