Greek Omelette Filling

Ingredients
  Onions 4 Medium
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Greek olives 1 Pound, coarsely chopped
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Rosemary leaves 2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Cut onions in half lengthwise from top to end. Cut crosswise again making 1/4-inch slices.
2) Fry onion in oil until translucent.
3) Mix remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
