Greek Salata

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 1⁄2 Small, shredded
  Cooked beet 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), cut into julienne strips
  Cooked green beans 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped olives 1 Tablespoon
For dressing
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a large salad bowl and add cabbage, beans, and beets to it.
2) Take a screw top jar and put all the salad dressing, shake well.
3) Sprinkle cappers, olives and the salad dressings and toss to mix all the ingredients well.

SERVING
4) Serve chilled in a salad bowl.
