Tangy Feta Salad

This is a delicious, light and healthy salad. The main ingredient is Hearts of Palm, an exotic vegetable from the soft core of a palm tree which has a lovely creamy texture.
Ingredients
  Hearts of palm 1 Can (10 oz) (Green Giant Brand)
  Romaine lettuce 1⁄2 , shredded
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, cubed (1 Package)
  Baby plum tomatoes 16 , halved
  Cucumber 1⁄3 , diced
  Black olives 6 (Use A Few)
  Balsamic dressing 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Tip the Hearts of Palm into a sieve, rinse under cold water and drain. Slice into discs.

2. Toss together the lettuce, Hearts of Palm, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese. Place in a serving bowl, scatter over the olives, drizzle with balsamic salad dressing, toss lightly and serve immediately (chunks of warm, crusty bread to soak up all the juices are optional!)
