Home Made Greek Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Medium, chopped (6 Cups)
  Curly endive head 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and chopped
  Pitted ripe olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Feta cheese 3 Ounce, cubed (3/4 Cup)
  Canned anchovy fillets 3 Ounce, drained
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, oregano, and pepper.
2. Use a fork or small wire whisk to blend well.

SERVING
3. Toss greens in a large bowl.
4. Arrange on a large platter or on individual plates.
5. Scatter tomato, olives, and green onion over the greens.
6. Pour the dressing over the salad.
7. Scatter cubes of feta cheese.
8. Arrange anchovies on top.
9. Serve immediately.
