Greek Lamb Baguette
|Baguette||1 Small, cut lengthways|
|Red wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1 Pinch|
|Leftover lamb||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Feta||3 Tablespoon, crumbled|
GETTING READY 1) Arrange a cling film. MAKING 2) Season the inside of the baguette with some olive oil, vinegar, seasonings and oregano. FINALIZING 3) Layer the baguette with lamb, vegetable salad and feta. 4) Wrap the baguette in a cling film tightly. SERVING 5) Remove the sling film before serving. Reheat the baguette and serve with sauce of your choice.
