Ingredients
  Torn romaine lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Medium, pared and cut into large dice
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 Medium, seeded, thinly sliced
  Thinly sliced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, cut into large dice
  Black olives 4
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Mashed garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Fresh One)
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl; toss well and serve.
