Greek Kabobs

Ingredients
  Beef boneless sirloin steak 1 Pound, cut into 20 cubes (1 Inch Thick)
  Zucchini slices/Yellow squash slices 12 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Pitted black olives 2
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomatoes 4
Directions

For each kabob, alternate five beef cubes, three zucchini slices and a black olive on wooden skewer.
Repeat to make 4 kabobs.
Arrange on roasting rack.
Set aside.
In small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, seasoned salt, oregano and cayenne.
Mix well.
Brush mixture on kabobs.
Microwave at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, turning kabobs over, rearranging and brushing once with olive oil mixture.
Add tomatoes during last minute of cooking.
