|Beef boneless sirloin steak||1 Pound, cut into 20 cubes (1 Inch Thick)|
|Zucchini slices/Yellow squash slices||12 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Pitted black olives||2|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
For each kabob, alternate five beef cubes, three zucchini slices and a black olive on wooden skewer.
Repeat to make 4 kabobs.
Arrange on roasting rack.
In small bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, seasoned salt, oregano and cayenne.
Brush mixture on kabobs.
Microwave at High for 6 to 8 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, turning kabobs over, rearranging and brushing once with olive oil mixture.
Add tomatoes during last minute of cooking.
