Greek Village Salad - Xoriátiki Saláta

Xoriátiki Saláta means "Greek Village Salad" and makes a great side salad - or add some crusty bread and make it a light meal all by itself. From Simply Delicious Greek Cooking.
Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 4 , cut into wedges
  Cucumber 1 , thinly sliced (peeled)
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Green bell pepper To Taste, sliced (seeded)
  Feta cheese 150 Gram, crumbled
  Olives 100 Gram, halved (pitted)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, cubed
  Olive oil 150 Milliliter (Dressing)
  Lemon juice 50 Milliliter (Dressing)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced (Dressing)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (Dressing)
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste (Dressing)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and pepper in a salad bowl, top with the olives, capers and Feta cheese. Combine the dressing ingredients, pour over salad and toss. Add pepper to taste.
