Greek Lamb Patties

Ingredients
  Lean lamb 1 1⁄2 Pound, finely ground (750 Gram)
  Onion 1 Medium, minced
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped mint 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Tomato slices 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream salad 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl combine ground lamb, onion, pine nuts, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly, add a little water if mixture is too dry, then shape into 8 patties.
In ajar, mix oil, wine, mint, thyme, salt and pepper, cover and shake well.
Brush patties with this baste, place on the grid over hot coals and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning often and basting.
