Hot Ambrosia Compote

Ingredients
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pineapple chunks 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced peaches 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Green grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 8 , halved
  Canned apricots 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 minutes, turning dish one-half turn after 2 1/2 minutes.
Cool.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
