Wrapped Greek Chicken
|Whole chicken breast||1 , skinned boned halved|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Savory seasonings cook blend||1 Teaspoon|
|Savory seasonings poultry blend||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)|
|Feta cheese||2 Ounce, divided (1/2 Cup)|
Pound each chicken piece with meat mallet to 1/2 inch thickness.
Sprinkle lemon juice, then one teaspoon Cook Blend and Poultry Blend over meat.
Place spinach, cheese and tomato pieces in center of each piece of chicken.
Wrap by rolling up and tucking meat around ends to encase stuffing.
Secure with wooden picks.
Preheat oil in small fry pan over medium heat.
Add wrapped chicken, fry 6 minutes.
Sprinkle on remaining Cook Blend.
Cover; frying 5 to 8 minutes or until meat is white and tender.
