|Ripe banana||1 , peeled|
|Oranges||3 Medium, sectioned|
|Seedless grapes/Halved grapes, seeded||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Naked coconut||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Slice banana on bias; dip in pineapple syrup to prevent browning.
Arrange half of each fruit in serving bowl; top with half the coconut, then remaining fruit.
Pour reserved pineapple syrup over.
At serving time, pour ginger ale over the fruit.
Top with the remaining coconut.
