Ingredients
  Canned frozen pineapple chunks 13 1⁄2 Ounce, thawed (1 Can)
  Ripe banana 1 , peeled
  Oranges 3 Medium, sectioned
  Seedless grapes/Halved grapes, seeded 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Naked coconut 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Ginger ale 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Slice banana on bias; dip in pineapple syrup to prevent browning.
Arrange half of each fruit in serving bowl; top with half the coconut, then remaining fruit.
Pour reserved pineapple syrup over.
Chill thoroughly.
At serving time, pour ginger ale over the fruit.
Top with the remaining coconut.
