Channings Greek Hamburgers

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Red wine 3 Tablespoon (Dry Burgundy Type)
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon Is Fine)
  Salt To Taste
  Fried onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Toppings)
  Lettuce 4
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
Directions

Mix the hamburger with the six ingredients.
Cook as per your favorite method and top with fried onions on a toasted bun.
We always add lettuce and tomato.
Go easy on the mayonnaise, mustard, or relish.
You will not need much additional flavoring.
