Ingredients
  Frozen strawberries 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Brown sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin orange slices 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Quick cooking oats 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain strawberries and pineapple, reserving syrup.
Combine syrups to make 1 cup liquid.
In a 10 x 6-inch dish, mix 2 tablespoons of the sugar with the cornstarch.
Slowly blend in the juices.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute.
Add fruits and coconut.
Mix remaining sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.
Cut in remaining butter.
Sprinkle over fruits.
Microwave, uncovered, 3 minutes, turning dish one-half turn after 1 1/2 minutes.
