|Lettuce||1 Small, washed and shaken dry (Or 1/2 Large)|
|Tomatoes||2 , washed and quartered|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Packet fetta cheese||100 Gram|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Using your hands tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces.
Put them into a salad bowl and add the quartered tomatoes.
Wash the cucumber and using a small, sharp knife cut off the end.
Cut the cucumber in half and then into half again, lengthways.
Cut these lengths of cucumber into dice and add to the bowl.
By hand, carefully push the sliced onion into rings and add to the bowl with the olives.
Open the cheese and with a small, sharp knife cut the cheese into approximately 2 cm cubes and add to the salad.
Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Using a tablespoon and a fork, gently toss the salad in the bowl until it is well mixed.
