Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large, cubed
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Large, seeded and cubed
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Large, pared and cubed
  Ripe pitted olives 3 Ounce, drained (Half 6 Ounce Can)
  Scallions 3 , diced
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Thin pepperoni slices 12
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cracked pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine tomato, pepper, cucumber, olives, scallions, capers, cheese, and pepperoni in salad bowl.
Mix olive oil, vinegar, pepper, and oregano together in small bowl.
Pour dressing over vegetables.
Toss and serve.
