Greek Country Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Cos lettuce 1 , well washed
  Tomatoes 3 , sliced
  Black olives 3 Ounce (90 Grams)
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, diced (120 Grams)
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Peperonata 6
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Or Dried)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and garlic together until well emulsified. A blender or food processor may be used for this.
2. Stack up 5 or 6 lettuce leaves and shred them finely with a sharp knife.
3. Place the lettuce in the bottom of a serving dish and arrange the other ingredients on top. Spoon over the dressing and sprinkle on the oregano.
