Greek Country Salad
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Cos lettuce||1 , well washed|
|Tomatoes||3 , sliced|
|Black olives||3 Ounce (90 Grams)|
|Feta cheese||4 Ounce, diced (120 Grams)|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 , sliced|
|Oregano||1 Teaspoon (Fresh Or Dried)|
1. Whisk the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and garlic together until well emulsified. A blender or food processor may be used for this.
2. Stack up 5 or 6 lettuce leaves and shred them finely with a sharp knife.
3. Place the lettuce in the bottom of a serving dish and arrange the other ingredients on top. Spoon over the dressing and sprinkle on the oregano.
