How to Make Tzatziki Sauce
|Cucumbers||2 , peeled, seeded and diced|
|Greek yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh dill||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), peeled|
1. Place the cucumbers in a strainer over a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
2. In a food processor jar add in the yogurt, cucumbers, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Processes until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
4. Serve Tzatziki Sauce with grilled vegetables.
