Taramasalata Croutes

Ingredients
  White bread slice 3 Medium
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Taramasalata 3 Ounce
  Lime butterflies 2 (To Garnish)
  Chervil 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Mixed peppercorns 2 Teaspoon (To Garnish)
Directions

Remove crusts from the bread and cut out 24 x 1 1/4 in/4.6 cm circles.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry for 5 mins, turning until golden.
Drain well.
Place the taramasalata in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe on to croutes.
Garnish and serve.
