Treat your friends to this mouth-watering Greek fast food, the Gyros Sandwich . You would have no trouble at all in cooking it. Friends would be impressed at your culinary skill. So do not procrastinate, try this gyros sandwich recipe.
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Onion 2 Small, chopped
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pita breads 6 (6 Inch Diameter)
  Lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried mint leaves 4 Teaspoon
  Dried mint 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 2 Small, chopped (Peeled)
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped

Stage1-Mix ground beef, water, lemon juice, salt, cumin, oregano, pepper, garlic, and onion. Shape into 4 thin patties.

Stage2-Cook patties in oil over medium heat, turning frequently until done, 12-15 minutes.

Stage3-Split each bread half way around with knife; separate to form pocket. (If preferred, you can just fold pita bread, taco form to hold filling.)

Stage4-Place patty in bread; top with lettuce.

Stage5-Mix yogurt, mint and sugar.

Stage6-Stir in cucumber. Spoon onto lettuce; top with tomato.
