Easy Greek Salad

Ingredients
  Cos lettuce 1 , torn into pieces
  Radishes 10 , sliced
  Feta cheese 8 Ounce, cut into cubes (250 Gram)
  Marjoram 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled and sliced
  Anchovies 6 , finely chopped
  Black olives 6 , halved and stoned
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Lemon thyme 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Onions spring 4 , finely chopped
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Arrange the lettuce pieces in a large salad bowl.
Scatter over the radishes and pile the cheese cubes in the centre.
Sprinkle with the marjoram.
Arrange the tomato slices in a ring around the edge, overlapping them, and top with the anchovies and olives.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a screwtop jar, with salt and pepper to taste, and shake well to mix.
Pour this dressing over the salad and sprinkle over the parsley.
Serve immediately.
