Pineapple Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Dessert topping mix/1 cup whipping cream, whipped 2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Canned crushed pineapple 14 Ounce, well drained (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Miniature marshmallows 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sponge cake cubes/8 broken lady-finger 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Prepare dessert topping according to directions or whip the cream.
Combine the remaining ingredients.
Fold mixture into the dessert topping and spoon into compotes.
Garnish with Maraschino cherries if you wish.
Chill until serving time.
