Easy use of leftovers... Greek Chicken and Potato Hash recipe
Ingredients
  Leftover chicken 200 Gram, shredded into bite sized pieces
  Leftover potato 300 Gram, cubed
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add the potato cubes and shredded chicken, cook until the potatoes turn slightly brown, stir after every 15 minutes.
2. Add butter and allow it to melt in the dish.

SERVING
6 Transfer the hash to a plate and serve hot.
