Israeli Vegetable Salad With Creamy Feta Dressing

Ingredients
  Seeded diced tomato 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Peeled seeded diced cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Crumbled feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Plain fat free yogurt 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Place cheese, boiling water, and vinegar in a food processor; process until smooth.
Add yogurt; process until blended.
Pour cheese mixture over vegetable mixture; toss well.
