Greek Style Scampi

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Canned whole tomatoes 84 Ounce, drained and coarsely chopped (3 Cans, 28 Ounce Each)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided
  Large shrimp 1 1⁄4 Pound, peeled and deveined
  Crumbled feta cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until hot.
Add garlic; saute 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and 1/4 cup parsley; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Add shrimp, and cook 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining parsley, juice, and pepper.
