Greek Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Green onions 2 , sliced
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Ground turkey 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground lamb 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
Directions

In small mixing bowl, combine all Yogurt Sauce ingredients.
Mix well.
Chill while preparing turkey mixture.
Crumble ground turkey and lamb into 2-quart casserole.
Stir in garlic.
Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink, stirr
