Baked Ambrosia

Ingredients
  Canned apricot halves 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Canned peach halves 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Canned purple plums 1 Pound (1 Can / 2 Cups)
  Thin orange slices 4 , halved
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain canned fruits well; arrange with orange slices in a shallow baking dish.
Mix orange juice, sugar, and peel; pour over fruit.
Drizzle melted butter over the plums; sprinkle coconut over all.
Bake in hot oven (425°) 15 minutes or till hot and coconut is toasted.
