Basic Vanilla Non Fat Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
  Sugar/1/3 cup sugar + 4 packets sweet 'n low 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Canned evaporated milk 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Egg beaters 1 , beaten
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), stirred
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in milk, beaten Egg Beater, and corn syrup.
Cook, stirring, over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat; cool.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
