Ingredients
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground lamb 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Grape leaves 1 Pound (1/2 Jar)
  Tomato sauce 16 Ounce (2 Cans, 8 Ounce Each)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix meat, rice, onion, garlic and spices together.
Place a small amount in each grape leaf, roll and arrange in single layer in flat casserole dish, folds on bottom.
Cover with 2 cans tomato sauce.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Extra leaves may be frozen.
