Tomatoes With Feta Cheese
|Crumbled feta/Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped pitted ripe olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green onion||1|
Remove stem ends from tomatoes.
Cut tomatoes into halves.
Arrange cut sides up in circle in micro wavable pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches, or on dinner plate.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 2 minutes; rotate pie plate 1/2 turn.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomatoes.
Cover and microwave about 2 minutes longer or until tomatoes are hot and cheese is melted.
