Greek Feta Burgers
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry (1 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg white||1 , lightly beaten|
|Lean ground lamb||3⁄4 Pound|
|Crumbled feta cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh mint/4 teaspoons dried mint flakes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Hamburger buns with onions||6 Ounce (4 In Number, 1 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Diced tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber dill sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Add lamb, cheese, and mint; stir well.
Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping into 1/2-inch-thick patties.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°).
Place patties on rack; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done.
Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each with 2 tablespoons tomato, 2 tablespoons Cucumber-Dill Sauce, and top half of bun.
