Greek Salad

This is one of my favorite salads to make. Its so easy, fresh, and delicious. Plus, you can make everything ahead of time and mix it together when youre ready to eat!

Ingredients

For the dressing
Garlic cloves 2 , minced
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon (fresh oregano
Dijon mustard 1/2 Teaspoon
Red wine vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
For the salad
Romaine lettuce head 2 , chopped
Cucumber 1 Small , chopped (hothouse cucumber)
Bell pepper 1 Small , seeds removed and chopped
Red onion 1/2 , sliced thinly
Feta cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , crumbled
Kalamata olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , pitted

Directions

MAKING

For the dressing

1. In a bowl, put together garlic, oregano, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper and whisk until mixed.

2. While whisking slowly add the olive oil until well combined.

For salad

3. In a serving bowl, place the lettuce, sprinkle bell pepper, cucumber, onion, feta cheese and olives.

4. When you are ready to eat, stream the dressing on top.

SERVING

5. Serve as desired.
